本服務條款（以下簡稱「本條款」）係您與 GCDM Limited（一家依中華民國（台灣）法律設立之公司，註冊地址：11F-1, No. 631, Sec. 1, Chongde Rd., Taichung City 404511, Taiwan (R.O.C.)；以下簡稱「Bondi」、「我們」）之間，就您使用 Bondi 行動應用程式及其相關功能與服務（以下合稱「本服務」）所訂立之法律協議。請您在使用本服務前，仔細閱讀本條款全部內容。

1. 接受條款

當您下載、安裝、註冊、登入或以任何方式使用 Bondi App 時，即表示您已閱讀、理解並同意受本條款及我們的《隱私權政策》拘束。若您不同意本條款之任何內容，請勿下載或使用本服務。

本條款可能不時更新（詳見第 9 條）。當我們發布修訂後之版本，並於頁面標示新的「最後更新」日期，您於該日期後繼續使用本服務，即視為接受修訂後之條款。

若您代表某一組織或機構（如幼兒園、托育機構）使用本服務，您聲明並保證您具有使該組織受本條款拘束之授權。

2. 服務說明

Bondi 是一款每日親子活動推薦應用程式，為育有 3 至 6 歲兒童的家長提供陪伴孩子的靈感。我們的理念是「Today, I showed up for my kid.」——讓每位家長都能輕鬆地、有品質地陪伴孩子。本服務主要包括：

每日活動推薦：每天為您與孩子推薦適齡的親子互動活動。
成長日記：記錄陪伴歷程，包含文字備註、照片與語音備註。
溫暖分享卡片：將陪伴瞬間生成可分享的卡片。

本服務之具體功能、活動數量與可用範圍，會因您所選用的方案（免費版或 Premium）而有所不同（詳見第 4 條）。我們保留隨時調整、新增或移除特定功能之權利。

3. 帳戶與家長責任

要點提示：本服務由家長代未成年子女使用。帳戶持有人必須為年滿 18 歲之成年家長或法定監護人，並對自己帳戶下的一切活動負責。

3.1 資格

您聲明並保證，您已年滿 18 歲、為完全行為能力人，且為您所照顧之兒童的家長或法定監護人。本服務不直接面向兒童提供，亦不收集兒童自行建立之帳戶。所有與孩子相關的資訊，均由您作為成年家長代為輸入並對其負責。

3.2 帳戶註冊

您可透過 Apple、Google 或 Email 註冊與登入。您須提供真實、正確且完整的資訊，並在資訊變動時及時更新。

3.3 帳戶安全

您須對帳戶之登入憑證（含密碼、第三方登入授權）負保密責任。您不得將帳戶轉讓、出售、出借或與他人共用。若您發現帳戶遭未經授權之使用，應立即通知我們。對於因您未善盡保管義務所生之損失，我們不負責任。

3.4 帳戶刪除

您可隨時於 App 內申請刪除帳戶。為避免誤刪，帳戶刪除設有 30 天的冷靜期：在此期間您可登入以撤銷刪除請求；逾期未撤銷者，您的帳戶與相關資料將被永久刪除且無法復原（法律要求保留者除外）。

4. 訂閱與付費

4.1 方案內容

免費版：可使用 60 個活動、檢視最近 30 天的成長日記，以及基本的溫暖分享卡片。
Premium：可使用 150 個活動、無限筆數的成長日記、全部分享卡片模板，並優先體驗新功能。

4.2 價格

Premium 訂閱費用為 每月 US$4.99 或每年 US$34.99（台灣地區為 每月 NT$149 或每年 NT$999）。實際顯示之價格、幣別與稅費，依您 App Store 帳戶所在地區與 Apple 之定價為準。

自動續訂重要披露：

Premium 訂閱透過 Apple App Store 計費，並為自動續訂之訂閱。
除非您在當期結束前至少 24 小時關閉自動續訂，否則訂閱將自動續期，並在當期到期前 24 小時內向您的 Apple 帳戶收取下一期費用。
續期費用與當期相同方案之費用一致（除非事前通知變更）。
您可隨時於 App Store 帳戶設定中管理或取消訂閱；取消後，您仍可使用 Premium 至當期結束。
付款於確認購買時自 Apple 帳戶扣取。

4.3 退款

由於訂閱透過 Apple App Store 計費，所有退款均依 Apple 之政策辦理，並由 Apple 全權處理。Bondi 無法直接為透過 Apple 購買之訂閱辦理退款，請您逕向 Apple 提出退款申請。

4.4 訂閱管理

我們使用第三方服務 RevenueCat 輔助管理訂閱狀態與權益核發。RevenueCat 僅協助處理訂閱資訊，付款與計費仍由 Apple 負責。

4.5 價格與方案變更

我們可能調整方案內容或價格。任何漲價或對既有訂閱者不利之變更，將於生效前以合理方式通知您；若您不接受，可於變更生效前取消訂閱。

5. 用戶內容

5.1 所有權

您透過本服務上傳或建立的照片、文字備註與語音備註（以下合稱「用戶內容」）之所有權，完全歸您所有。我們不主張對您用戶內容之任何所有權。

5.2 授權

為向您提供本服務，您授予 Bondi 一項有限、非專屬、免權利金之授權，僅限於下列必要用途使用您的用戶內容：在您自己的帳戶內儲存、處理與展示內容（如顯示成長日記），以及在您主動操作時生成分享卡片。本授權僅為提供服務之目的而存在，我們不會將您的用戶內容用於行銷、出售予第三方或訓練無關之模型。

5.3 分享卡片

分享卡片是否對外分享，完全由您自主決定並自行操作。一旦您將卡片分享至社群平台或傳送給他人，該內容之後續傳播即超出 Bondi 之控制範圍，請您審慎評估後再行分享。

5.4 您的責任

您聲明並保證，您對所上傳之用戶內容擁有合法權利，且其不侵害任何第三人之權利、不違反法律。當您刪除帳戶時，您的用戶內容將依第 3.4 條之規定處理。

6. 行為規範

使用本服務時，您同意不得從事下列行為：

以任何違法、詐欺或侵害他人權利之目的使用本服務；
濫用本服務，包括但不限於以自動化程式大量請求、干擾或破壞服務之正常運作；
上傳侵害他人智慧財產權、隱私權或其他權利之內容，或上傳違法、色情、暴力、仇恨或其他有害之內容；
對本服務進行逆向工程、反編譯、反組譯，或試圖取得原始碼；
規避、移除或干擾本服務之安全機制或使用限制；
假冒他人或不實陳述您與任何人或實體之關係。

若您違反本條，我們得依第 9 條暫停或終止您的帳戶。

7. 智慧財產權

除您的用戶內容外，本服務之一切權利均屬 Bondi 或其授權方所有，包括但不限於：App 軟體與程式碼、活動內容庫、文案、介面設計、Bondi 品牌與商標，以及具代表性的像素風形象設計。上述內容受著作權、商標權及其他智慧財產權法保護。

未經我們事前書面同意，您不得複製、修改、散布、公開傳輸、出租或以任何方式商業利用上述內容。我們僅授予您一項有限、可撤銷、不可轉讓之授權，供您依本條款為個人、非商業目的使用本服務。

8. 免責聲明

兒童活動安全重要提醒：本服務提供之親子活動建議僅供參考，需家長全程在場監護。請您在進行任何活動前，依孩子的年齡、發展與健康狀況，自行判斷活動是否適合。

進行活動時，請特別留意安全事項，包括但不限於：

適齡性：確認活動難度與內容適合您孩子的年齡與能力；
材料安全：留意小零件（誤吞窒息風險）、剪刀及尖銳物、顏料與黏著劑等材料之安全使用；
戶外與環境：進行戶外或涉水活動時，注意周遭環境、天氣與交通安全。

Bondi 是一款提供陪伴靈感的工具，並非專業的醫療、教育、心理或育兒建議。本服務之內容不能取代專業人士之判斷；如有相關需求，請諮詢合格的醫師、教育或心理專業人員。

在法律允許之最大範圍內，本服務以「現狀」及「現有」基礎提供，我們不對其適用性、無中斷或無錯誤作任何明示或默示之保證。對於您或您的孩子在進行活動過程中所發生之任何意外、傷害或損失，Bondi 不負賠償責任，您應自行承擔監護與判斷之責任。

在法律允許之最大範圍內，對於因下列事由所生之任何間接、附隨、特別、衍生或懲罰性損害（包括但不限於利潤或營收損失、資料或商譽之滅失），GCDM Limited 概不負責：(i) 您使用或無法使用本服務；或 (ii) 任何第三方未經授權存取我們之伺服器或其中所儲存之資料。本條之責任限制，於法律強制規定不得排除之範圍內，不適用之。

9. 服務變更與終止

9.1 服務變更

我們可能因技術、營運或法律因素，隨時修改、暫停或終止部分或全部服務，亦可能更新本條款。重大變更將以合理方式通知您。

9.2 您終止

您可隨時停止使用本服務，並依第 3.4 條刪除您的帳戶。若您已訂閱 Premium，取消訂閱請依第 4.2 條於 App Store 操作。

9.3 我們終止

若您違反本條款（特別是第 6 條行為規範），或為遵循法律、保護其他用戶或本服務之安全，我們得在合理範圍內暫停或終止您使用本服務之權利。對於重大或一再之違規，我們得不經事先通知即終止。

10. 適用法律與爭議解決

本條款之解釋、效力與履行，以及因本條款或本服務所生之任何爭議，均適用 中華民國（台灣）法律，並不考慮其法律衝突原則。

因本條款或本服務所生之任何爭議，雙方同意以 Bondi 註冊地之臺灣臺中地方法院為第一審管轄法院。在提起正式爭議程序前，雙方同意先以善意協商方式尋求解決。

3. 账户与家长责任

3.1 资格

您声明并保证，您已年满 18 岁、为完全民事行为能力人，且为您所照顾儿童的家长或法定监护人。本服务不直接面向儿童提供，亦不收集儿童自行创建的账户。所有与孩子相关的信息，均由您作为成年家长代为输入并对其负责。

3.2 账户注册

您可通过 Apple、Google 或 Email 注册与登录。您须提供真实、准确且完整的信息，并在信息变动时及时更新。

3.3 账户安全

您须对账户的登录凭证（含密码、第三方登录授权）负保密责任。您不得将账户转让、出售、出借或与他人共用。若您发现账户遭未经授权使用，应立即通知我们。对于因您未尽妥善保管义务所产生的损失，我们不负责任。

3.4 账户删除

您可随时在 App 内申请删除账户。为避免误删，账户删除设有 30 天的冷静期：在此期间您可登录以撤销删除请求；逾期未撤销的，您的账户与相关数据将被永久删除且无法恢复（法律要求保留者除外）。

4. 订阅与付费

5. 用户内容

5.1 所有权

您通过本服务上传或创建的照片、文字备注与语音备注（以下合称「用户内容」）的所有权，完全归您所有。我们不主张对您用户内容的任何所有权。

5.2 授权

为向您提供本服务，您授予 Bondi 一项有限、非独占、免版税的授权，仅限于下列必要用途使用您的用户内容：在您自己的账户内存储、处理与展示内容（如显示成长日记），以及在您主动操作时生成分享卡片。本授权仅为提供服务的目的而存在，我们不会将您的用户内容用于营销、出售给第三方或训练无关的模型。

5.3 分享卡片

分享卡片是否对外分享，完全由您自主决定并自行操作。一旦您将卡片分享至社交平台或发送给他人，该内容的后续传播即超出 Bondi 的控制范围，请您审慎评估后再行分享。

5.4 您的责任

您声明并保证，您对所上传的用户内容拥有合法权利，且其不侵害任何第三方的权利、不违反法律。当您删除账户时，您的用户内容将依第 3.4 条的规定处理。

6. 行为规范

使用本服务时，您同意不得从事下列行为：

以任何违法、欺诈或侵害他人权利的目的使用本服务；
滥用本服务，包括但不限于以自动化程序大量请求、干扰或破坏服务的正常运作；
上传侵害他人知识产权、隐私权或其他权利的内容，或上传违法、色情、暴力、仇恨或其他有害的内容；
对本服务进行逆向工程、反编译、反汇编，或试图获取源代码；
规避、移除或干扰本服务的安全机制或使用限制；
假冒他人或不实陈述您与任何人或实体的关系。

若您违反本条，我们可依第 9 条暂停或终止您的账户。

7. 知识产权

除您的用户内容外，本服务的一切权利均属 Bondi 或其授权方所有，包括但不限于：App 软件与代码、活动内容库、文案、界面设计、Bondi 品牌与商标，以及具代表性的像素风形象设计。上述内容受著作权、商标权及其他知识产权法保护。

您可随时停止使用本服务，并依第 3.4 条删除您的账户。若您已订阅 Premium，取消订阅请依第 4.2 条在 App Store 操作。

9.3 我们终止

若您违反本条款（特别是第 6 条行为规范），或为遵循法律、保护其他用户或本服务的安全，我们可在合理范围内暂停或终止您使用本服务的权利。对于重大或一再的违规，我们可不经事先通知即终止。

10. 适用法律与争议解决

本条款的解释、效力与履行，以及因本条款或本服务所产生的任何争议，均适用 中华民国（台湾）法律，并不考虑其法律冲突原则。

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a legal agreement between you and GCDM Limited (a company organized under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), registered at 11F-1, No. 631, Sec. 1, Chongde Rd., Taichung City 404511, Taiwan (R.O.C.); "Bondi," "we," "us") regarding your use of the Bondi mobile application and its related features and services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, registering for, signing in to, or otherwise using the Bondi app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not download or use the Service.

These Terms may be updated from time to time (see Section 9). When we publish a revised version and mark a new "Last updated" date on this page, your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization (such as a preschool or childcare provider), you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Bondi is a daily parent-child activity recommendation app that gives parents of children aged 3 to 6 inspiration for spending time with their kids. Our philosophy is "Today, I showed up for my kid."—making it easy for every parent to be present in a meaningful way. The Service mainly includes:

Daily activity recommendations: an age-appropriate parent-child activity suggested for you and your child each day.
Growth journal: a record of your moments together, including text notes, photos, and voice notes.
Warm share cards: shareable cards generated from your moments together.

The specific features, number of activities, and availability of the Service vary depending on the plan you choose (Free or Premium) (see Section 4). We reserve the right to adjust, add, or remove specific features at any time.

3. Account & Parental Responsibility

Key point: This service is used by a parent on behalf of a minor child. The account holder must be a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older and is responsible for all activity under their account.

3.1 Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity, and are the parent or legal guardian of the child in your care. The Service is not directed to children and does not collect accounts created by children themselves. All information related to your child is entered by you, as an adult parent, and you are responsible for it.

3.2 Account Registration

You may register and sign in via Apple, Google, or Email. You must provide true, accurate, and complete information, and keep it up to date when it changes.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (including passwords and third-party sign-in authorizations) confidential. You may not transfer, sell, lend, or share your account with others. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately. We are not responsible for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

3.4 Account Deletion

You may request to delete your account at any time within the app. To prevent accidental deletion, account deletion is subject to a 30-day cooling-off period: during this period you may sign in to cancel the deletion request; if not cancelled within that period, your account and related data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered (except where retention is required by law).

4. Subscriptions & Payment

4.1 Plan Details

Free: access to 60 activities, the most recent 30 days of your growth journal, and basic warm share cards.
Premium: access to 150 activities, an unlimited growth journal, all share card templates, and priority access to new features.

4.2 Pricing

The Premium subscription costs US$4.99 / month or US$34.99 / year (in Taiwan, NT$149 / month or NT$999 / year). The actual price, currency, and taxes displayed depend on the region of your App Store account and Apple's pricing.

Important auto-renewal disclosure:

Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are auto-renewing subscriptions.
Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription will automatically renew, and your Apple account will be charged for the next period within 24 hours before the current period ends.
The renewal price is the same as the price of the same plan for the current period (unless a change is communicated in advance).
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings; after cancelling, you can continue to use Premium until the end of the current period.
Payment is charged to your Apple account upon confirmation of purchase.

4.3 Refunds

Because subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store, all refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's policies and are managed solely by Apple. Bondi cannot directly issue refunds for subscriptions purchased through Apple; please submit refund requests directly to Apple.

4.4 Subscription Management

We use the third-party service RevenueCat to help manage subscription status and entitlement delivery. RevenueCat only assists with processing subscription information; payment and billing remain the responsibility of Apple.

4.5 Price & Plan Changes

We may adjust plan contents or prices. Any price increase or change unfavorable to existing subscribers will be communicated to you by reasonable means before it takes effect; if you do not accept it, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

The photos, text notes, and voice notes you upload or create through the Service (collectively, "User Content") are owned entirely by you. We claim no ownership of your User Content.

5.2 License

In order to provide the Service to you, you grant Bondi a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your User Content solely for the following necessary purposes: to store, process, and display the content within your own account (such as displaying your growth journal), and to generate share cards when you actively choose to do so. This license exists solely to provide the Service; we will not use your User Content for marketing, sell it to third parties, or train unrelated models.

5.3 Share Cards

Whether to share a card externally is entirely your decision and your action. Once you share a card to a social platform or send it to someone, the subsequent distribution of that content is beyond Bondi's control, so please consider carefully before sharing.

5.4 Your Responsibility

You represent and warrant that you have the lawful rights to the User Content you upload and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law. When you delete your account, your User Content will be handled in accordance with Section 3.4.

6. Code of Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing purpose;
abuse the Service, including but not limited to making bulk automated requests, or interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the Service;
upload content that infringes others' intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, or that is unlawful, pornographic, violent, hateful, or otherwise harmful;
reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, or attempt to obtain its source code;
circumvent, remove, or interfere with the Service's security measures or usage limits;
impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

If you violate this Section, we may suspend or terminate your account in accordance with Section 9.

7. Intellectual Property

Except for your User Content, all rights in the Service belong to Bondi or its licensors, including but not limited to: the app software and code, the activity content library, copy, interface design, the Bondi brand and trademarks, and the distinctive pixel-art character design. The foregoing is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Without our prior written consent, you may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly transmit, rent, or commercially exploit the foregoing in any way. We grant you only a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

Important child activity safety notice: The parent-child activity suggestions provided by the Service are for reference only and require a parent's supervision at all times. Before doing any activity, please judge for yourself whether it is suitable based on your child's age, development, and health.

When doing an activity, please pay special attention to safety, including but not limited to:

Age-appropriateness: confirm that the difficulty and content of the activity suit your child's age and abilities;
Material safety: be mindful of the safe use of materials such as small parts (choking hazard), scissors and sharp objects, paints and adhesives;
Outdoors and environment: when doing outdoor or water-related activities, be aware of the surroundings, weather, and traffic safety.

Bondi is a tool that provides inspiration for spending time together; it is not professional medical, educational, psychological, or parenting advice. The content of the Service is not a substitute for the judgment of a professional; if you have related needs, please consult a qualified physician or educational or psychological professional.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we make no express or implied warranties as to its fitness, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from errors. Bondi is not liable for any accident, injury, or loss occurring to you or your child in the course of an activity; you assume responsibility for supervision and judgment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GCDM Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including without limitation loss of profits or revenue, or loss of data or goodwill) arising from (i) your use of or inability to use the Service, or (ii) any unauthorized access by a third party to our servers or the data stored therein. The limitations of liability in this Section do not apply to the extent that they may not be excluded under mandatory law.

9. Changes to & Termination of Service

9.1 Changes to the Service

We may, for technical, operational, or legal reasons, modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the Service at any time, and may also update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to you by reasonable means.

9.2 Termination by You

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in accordance with Section 3.4. If you have a Premium subscription, please cancel it through the App Store in accordance with Section 4.2.

9.3 Termination by Us

If you violate these Terms (in particular the Code of Conduct in Section 6), or in order to comply with the law or protect other users or the security of the Service, we may, within reason, suspend or terminate your right to use the Service. For serious or repeated violations, we may terminate without prior notice.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The interpretation, validity, and performance of these Terms, as well as any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

For any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service, the parties agree that the Taiwan Taichung District Court, located where Bondi is registered, shall be the court of first instance. Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, the parties agree to first seek a resolution through good-faith negotiation.
